Juana Granados is the Co-Founder of Meno Crysis® – Crying Without Shame, a platform created to educate, empower, and support people navigating menopause and andropause. Inspired by conversations with women who felt frustrated, confused, and often fearful about symptoms they did not understand, Juana recognized a critical gap in accessible, trustworthy information about hormonal health and menopause.
Driven by a deep commitment to clarity and advocacy, she co-founded Meno CrySis® to challenge misinformation, break down myths surrounding menopause and hormone replacement therapy, and build a community where people feel seen, informed, and empowered. Her mission is to help individuals better understand their bodies, access reliable knowledge, and approach menopause and andropause with confidence, strength, and dignity.
Margarita Granados is a dedicated entrepreneur and co‑founder of Meno Crysis, a transformative app created to support individuals navigating the complexities of menopause and andropause. Her personal journey—marked by symptoms initially mistaken for liver disease—opened her eyes to how misunderstood these life stages can be. As she began sharing her experience, she discovered that many of her friends were facing similar challenges. This realization highlighted the need for open conversations, especially within her Mexican heritage, where menopause is often considered a taboo topic.
Driven by a desire to break that silence, Margarita set out to build a platform that provides practical tools, trusted information, and a sense of community for those who often feel overlooked or alone.
Before founding Meno Crysis, she developed her expertise in project management, event management, and marketing. Her passion for service is reflected in her active involvement in initiatives supporting mental health, Alzheimer’s/Dementia awareness, and domestic‑violence prevention.
Through Meno Crysis, Margarita aims to empower women to take charge of their health and well‑being, fostering a community rooted in education, connection, and resilience.
